Qualified architects and engineers,contractors and tradesmen who work together in a muiltidisciplinary team to delivery high
quality, environmental responsible building solutions.
We aim to follow the basic principles of sustainable buildings and permaculture design to:
* Reduce energy use;
* Minimise external pollution and environmental demage;
* Reduce embodied energy and resource depletion;
* Minimise internal pollution and damage to health.
WDC puts emphasis on the whole project team working efficiently towards the final project. Working together from the start
of a development [regardless of size] encourages all aspects of the development to be considered at an earlier stage. Increased
consideration to the overall design or 'the front end' of the process [including design of the building process itself] greatly
increases the quality of the final product, alongside increasing the efficiency and economy of its delivery.

Permaculture is a design method based on ecological principles. The word was coined in the '80s in Australia by Bill Mollison
and Dave Holmgren. The focus is on the creation of high quality, sustainable human habitats. It can be applied at many levels
of scale, from garden and landscape design to site planning, the integration of agriculture and forestry and urban/rural design.
